How does a concrete mixer truck work
Once the mini concrete mixer truck is started, the truck's power is transmitted through a hydraulic system to rotate the mixing drum. The operator uses a control lever to change the drum's rotation direction: forward rotation loads and mixes the concrete during transit, and reverse rotation discharges the concrete. On the way to the job site, the drum rotates continuously at low speed to prevent the concrete from settling or hardening. After unloading, the drum is rinsed with water to prevent leftover concrete from hardening and taking up space inside the drum.
