AGICO dry mortar mixing plant mainly consists of a raw material storage system, sand drying system, automatic batching system, screw conveying system, mixing system, finished product silo system, packaging system, dust collection system, and PLC control system. According to different project requirements, special mortar production modules can also be customized and integrated into the production line.

 

The entire plant adopts a modular structural design and supports multiple layout configurations, including tower type, stair type, block type, and flat type solutions, which can be flexibly customized according to the customer's site conditions. AGICO dry mortar mixing plant operates by first conveying raw materials such as sand, cement, and fly ash into the storage silos. The materials are then accurately proportioned through the weighing system before being transferred into the double-shaft non-gravity mixer for blending.

 

During the mixing process, the dual shafts and mixing blades rotate at high speed to achieve rapid and uniform material mixing. After mixing is completed, the finished dry mortar is quickly discharged into the finished product silo, and then either packed into bags or directly transported in bulk for delivery.
