Universal Concrete Batching Plant

Products Description

AGICO Universal Concrete Batching Plant is an integrated concrete production system built for global construction markets. It covers a capacity range of 25–240 m³/h.

The core unit is a twin-shaft forced mixer paired with independent multi-channel weighing. Weighing accuracy is ±1% for powder, water, and additives, and ±2% for aggregates. Discharge homogeneity reaches ≥98%. A PLC full-auto control system is standard on all models. The equipment is certified to ISO 9001 and CE standards. More than 8,000 projects have been delivered worldwide.

Typical applications include commercial ready-mix plants, precast factories, and large infrastructure projects such as dams, airports, and bridges. Foundation-free modular assembly is supported. On-site deployment is completed within 2–3 days.

Products Specification

The AGICO Universal Concrete Batching Plant consists of five systems: mixing, weighing, conveying, storage, and control.

1

Mixing System: A twin-shaft forced mixer (JS500–JS4000) is used. The discharge gate is hydraulically operated. Cycle time is 60–72 seconds.

2

Weighing System: Four independent units handle aggregates, powder, water, and additives. C3-class sensors are installed. Real-time drop compensation is applied.

3

Storage System: A 2–4 bin aggregate batcher and 60–200t carbon steel spiral-welded silos are provided. Radar level sensors, top-mounted dust filters, and pneumatic arch breakers are standard.

4

Control System: A PLC logic core and industrial PC terminal are used. Manual, semi-auto, and full-auto modes are selectable. A UPS backup is included.

5

Conveying System: Aggregates are fed by belt conveyor (inclination ≤18°) or wire-rope skip hoist with anti-fall safety lock. Powder is conveyed through sealed screw conveyors.

The workflow is as follows: sand and stone are batched by formula in separate bins and delivered to the mixer holding hopper via belt or skip. Cement and additives are weighed independently at the same time. All materials are fed into the mixer in a preset sequence. Uniform mixing is completed in 60–72 seconds. Finished concrete is discharged directly into transit trucks. The full cycle is automated.

Model Selection: 25–35 m³/h models are suited for township construction and small precast yards. 50–90 m³/h models serve as the main choice for small-to-medium commercial concrete businesses. 120–240 m³/h models target large ready-mix plants and national infrastructure projects with annual output above 300,000 m³.

Reference Pricing: For mid-range configurations, the HZS75 is priced around 74,000,theHZS90 around74,000,theHZS90 around111,000, and the HZS180 around 266,000–266,000–370,000. Final quotes are tailored to the customer's capacity needs and equipment configuration.

Products Advantages

Forced Mixing Core

AGICO's twin-shaft mixer is built with chromium content ≥26% wear-resistant alloy arms and 5mm thick liners. Each batch is mixed in 60–72 seconds with ≥98% uniformity. Replacement frequency for wear parts is significantly reduced.

Foundation-Free Fast Setup

AGICO's all-steel load-bearing platform replaces traditional concrete foundations. Modules are connected with quick-fit joints. Mechanical installation is finished in 2–3 days. Civil works costs are cut by about 80%. The site is left undamaged after relocation.

Independent High-Precision Weighing

AGICO's aggregates, powder, water, and additives are weighed in separate hoppers. Dynamic compensation is handled by PLC algorithms. Powder and water accuracy is held at ±1%. The system is aligned with ASTM C94 and ISO 19720-1 standards.

Dual-Stage Dust Control

AGICO's main tower pulse-jet filter and silo cartridge filter work in two stages. Indoor dust is kept below 5mg/m³. Daytime noise stays under 60dB. Strict urban environmental requirements are met without cutting output.

Global Delivery Network

AGICO has nearly 30 years of equipment manufacturing experience. Full EPC service is provided from design and factory pre-assembly to on-site training. Regional spare parts hubs respond within 48 hours.

Intelligent Control System

AGICO's standard multi-language PLC+PC dual-screen system holds over 200 mix formulas. Real-time moisture compensation and ERP integration are supported. One operator controls the entire production line.

FAQ

Q: Can the AGICO batching plant's weighing accuracy pass overseas engineering inspections?

A: The AGICO weighing system is aligned with ASTM C94/C94M and ISO 19720-1 standards. Powder and water accuracy is held at ±1%, and aggregate accuracy at ±2%. Real-time moisture compensation and drop correction are handled by the PLC. First-time pass rates are maintained in third-party inspections across multiple overseas markets.

Q: How long do AGICO mixer wear parts last under high-intensity operation?

A: AGICO mixing arms are made from high-chromium cast alloy with chromium content ≥26%. Liner thickness is 5mm. Design service life reaches 80,000–120,000 batches under normal aggregate conditions. Annual wear part replacement costs run at 3%–5% of total equipment cost.

Q: Can overseas teams operate the AGICO control system independently?

A: The AGICO standard PLC+PC dual-screen system supports multi-language switching in Chinese, English, Russian, and Spanish. Daily production requires only three steps: select formula, enter volume, press start. Full English electrical diagrams and a fault code manual are supplied. On-site training is provided by AGICO engineers for at least 3 working days during first installation.

Q: Can AGICO customize the plant for local raw materials and mix specifications?

A: AGICO adjusts bin count, mixing sequence, and water compensation curves based on the customer's sand-gravel gradation, silt content, and target concrete grade. Proven regional configurations are available for cold-climate, high-humidity, and high-strength concrete requirements. Batch deliveries in these markets have been completed.
