High-chromium Cast Iron Jaw Plate

High-chromium cast iron is highly wear-resistant but lacks toughness. To improve performance, it's often combined with high-manganese steel to create a composite jaw plate. This design boosts wear resistance by over three times, significantly extending the jaw plate's service life in demanding crushing conditions.

Medium-carbon Low-alloy Cast Steel Jaw Plate

Medium-carbon low-alloy cast steel offers high hardness (≥45HRC) and good toughness (≥15J/cm²). Its properties can be adjusted through composition or heat treatment to suit various working conditions. Its jaw plates last over three times longer than high-manganese steel, making them ideal for high-wear applications.
