What Is Grate Ball Mill Machine?
The grate ball mill from AGICO is a powerful equipment made especially for effective coarse grinding tasks. Product Details
AGICO grate type ball mill is attractive and well-made. The primary bearing, cylinder, feeding and discharging sections, transmission system (which includes gears, reducers, etc.), and lubrication system are its essential components.
working process
Feeding and lifting: Through the feeding section, materials are continually and uniformly supplied into the rotating cylinder. The materials and steel balls are raised to a specific height by the combined effects of friction and centrifugal force.
Impact and grinding: The raised materials and steel balls descend after they have reached a specific altitude. The materials are effectively crushed by the steel balls' powerful impact force.
Forced ore discharge: This is the grate ball mill's main characteristic. At the discharge end is a grate plate liner with a large number of grate holes. The ground pulp is pushed through the grate plate's holes once it has reached a particular fineness. The pulp is then quickly released outside the machine after being raised to a height above the discharge port. By avoiding excessive material grinding, this design guarantees a high processing capacity and discharge speed.
