Ultra Fine Grinding Mill​

AGICO's Ultra fine Grinding Mill is a newly developed solution designed for high-efficiency fine powder processing. It includes an elevator, airlock device, superfine vertical mill, bag filter, screw conveyor, blower, control system, and cyclone dust collector.

 

This system is mainly used for grinding and classifying non-metallic ores in cement plants, such as limestone powder production and deep processing of pulverized coal. Featuring a closed-air loop design, it offers higher efficiency, better environmental protection, and precise air pressure control, ensuring stable and consistent product fineness.

A number of essential parts make up AGICO's Ultra fine Grinding Mill, commonly referred to as a superfine vertical mill: the motor, reducer, roller, pressure device, machine body, hydraulic system, and gas separator.

Raw materials are supplied into the mill by an elevator or other transport systems, such as bucket elevators, belt conveyors, or chain elevators, depending on the needs of the site, to start the grinding process. To regulate airflow and stop material loss, an airlock device is placed at the feeding point.

After entering the mill, hot air lifts the materials to the upper powder separation section, where the fine powder is transported via the airpipe to the cyclone dust collector, where it enters the bag filter through the discharge pipe, and the fine powder, which has particle sizes between 800 and 2000 mesh, is then spirally discharged from the bag filter. The larger particles are sent back to the grinding disc for additional processing.
This system enables efficient grinding and precise separation, enabling high-quality ultra fine powder output.
