STRUCTURE
This laboratory cement ball mill's design structure is accurate and easy to operate. High-strength, wear-, and pressure-resistant materials make up the inner lining of the grinding cylinder at the center of the apparatus. In order to guarantee grinding consistency and repeatability at a steady pace, it is powered by a reliable transmission system that includes an electric motor, gear reducer, and coupler. It can also load steel balls as grinding media. A double-layer soundproof and dustproof cover encloses the entire grinding machine body, successfully reducing noise and preventing dust while establishing a clean and peaceful workspace for the lab.
OPERATION
Our laboratory cement ball mill operates in a straightforward and user-friendly manner: First, fill the grinding cylinder with the material to be processed, making sure it is completely clean and no larger than 7 mm. Next, shut the cover door and the grinding door firmly. The equipment is then started after the integrated electrical control box has set the grinding time. After the machine stops and remains motionless, the point movement function can be used to precisely position the grinding door if sampling is needed during the process. The material can be discharged rapidly through short-term operation by simply replacing the specific grid hole discharge plate after grinding is finished. It is advised to carry out a "clean grinding" operation with dry sand for roughly five minutes prior to handling various samples in order to avoid material cross-contamination.
