Products Specification
The AGICO gypsum vertical roller mill has a vertical construction and is primarily made up of feeding and discharging systems, fans, classification devices, grinding discs, and grinding rollers. In order to operate, materials must first enter the mill through a sealed feeding system, then fall to the center of the high-speed revolving grinding disc, where centrifugal force distributes them to the edge. To crush the materials, the grinding wheels are powered by a hydraulic system. The airflow carries the ground materials into the high-efficiency classifier. Coarse powder returns to the grinding disc for re-grinding, while fine powder is separated and released.
The apparatus has a sophisticated PLC automatic control system that allows for remote control and intelligent adjustment in addition to real-time temperature, vibration, output, and gas composition monitoring.
Our gypsum vertical roller mill can treat a wide range of materials. It can process non-metallic minerals with a Mohs hardness of less than 7, such as slag, barite, limestone, and kaolin, in addition to natural gypsum, meeting a range of process requirements.
