Raw material crushing and homogenization system
By employing machinery like jaw crushers and hammer crushers, natural materials such as limestone and clay are broken down to suitable particle dimensions. Through careful measurement and milling, a consistent composition of raw materials is achieved.
Raw material grinding and calcination system
Once the raw materials have been processed using machinery like ball mills, they move into the calcination process, which primarily utilizes rotary kilns or shaft kilns. This setup includes a preheater and a cooler, both of which play a crucial role in improving thermal efficiency and guaranteeing the production of high-quality clinker.
Clinker cooling and cement grinding system
Once the high-temperature clinker is effectively cooled, it is transferred to either the cement ball mill or a vertical mill. Along with a suitable quantity of gypsum and additives, this mixture undergoes the final grinding process, resulting in finished cement of various grades.
Finished product packaging and bulk loading system
Featuring completely automated packaging machinery and systems for bulk loading, it fulfills a range of shipping needs while also being easy to store and transport.
