Cement Production Line
Crushing and pre-homogenization: To guarantee constant quality, limestone is crushed and homogenized using a stacker-reclaiming system.
Preparation of the raw materials: After being carefully measured, dried, and processed in a vertical roller mill, the kiln tail releases high-temperature exhaust gas.
Kiln feeding and homogenization: The five-stage double-string preheating and pre-calcination system receives the processed raw materials after they have been homogenized in the continuous mixing silo.
Production of clinker: This system, which comprises of a chiller and a rotary kiln, can produce 2,500 tons of high-quality clinker each day.
Cement grinding and packaging: Clinker is combined with additives and processed in a ball mill to create cement, which is then packaged. Bulk packaging or transportation is used for the finished cement.
