AGICO Cement has successfully designed and built a 5000tpd cement production line in Fujian, China. PROJECT DETAILS
High-efficiency crushing stage
Preliminary crushing of raw materials like limestone is done by high-performance cement-specific crushers, which guarantee uniform feed particle size and provide a basis for further grinding operations, hence increasing the line's overall output efficiency.

Precision grinding and homogenization
In order to create uniform raw material powder, raw materials are processed finely using a closed-loop circulation raw material grinding system, which strictly regulates the product's fineness and chemical makeup. This is a crucial requirement to guarantee the stability of the quality of the finished cement product.

Preheating and pre-decomposition
The high-temperature exhaust gas released from the rotary kiln is then combined with the raw material in the multi-stage cyclone preheater system to undergo extensive heat exchange. The pre-decomposition furnace handles most of the carbonate decomposition chores, which greatly lowers the system's heat consumption and improves production efficiency.

Clinker calcination
To create premium cement clinker, the pre-decomposed raw materials are sintered at high temperatures in a rotating kiln. The excellent and active mineral structure of the clinker is ensured by the stable operation of the rotary kiln and the suitable thermal system.

Cement finished product grinding
In a contemporary cement mill, clinker, admixtures, and the appropriate quantity of gypsum are subsequently ground. To create cement finished products of all grades that completely meet national standards, particle size and proportioning are carefully regulated.
