Technical Specification

AGICO's energy saving ball mill adopts a horizontal cylindrical rotating structure and is driven by gears along the outer edge. It is usually designed with two compartments.
The feeding device is used to evenly feed the materials into the first bin while it is operating. In order to finish the coarse crushing, the grinding media (steel balls) inside the cylinder are raised to a specific height by centrifugal force and friction, then thrown down to impact and grind the materials. The material is then finely ground in the second chamber by use of flat liners and smaller steel balls after passing through the partition plate.
The grinding process is finished when the powder that finally satisfies the fineness requirements is released through the discharge grate.
