The entire plant adopts Q355B-grade high-strength structural steel as the main frame, with the JS twin-shaft forced concrete mixer, while the liners and mixing arms are cast from high-chrome wear-resistant iron. This concrete batching plant features a PLC control system that enables one-click operation of all functions, and our material monitoring system allows real-time adjustment of the mix ratio, ensuring that the concrete produced remains at optimal quality.

Technical Specification of AGICO Small Concrete Plant
The complete small concrete batching plant consists of five core systems: aggregate batching system, powder conveying system, water and admixture system, mixing unit system, and electrical control system.
It adopts a "layered layout, gravity discharge" design: all materials are first lifted to a high position for weighing, then fall into the mixer by their own weight after weighing, and are discharged from the bottom after mixing. This design eliminates unnecessary conveying steps, minimizes failure points, and makes maintenance the simplest.

The main workflow of this small concrete batching plant has 8 steps:
Loader feeds aggregates into the batching machine storage bins.
Control system weighs aggregates one by one according to the mix ratio.
Skip hoist or belt conveyor sends aggregates into the main mixer.
Screw conveyor delivers cement/fly ash to the powder scale.
Water pump and admixture pump inject water and admixture into the liquid scale.
After all materials are ready, they are fed into the mixer in sequence according to the program.
Forced mixing for 72 seconds.
Discharge door opens, finished concrete falls into the mixer truck or conveying equipment.

Zero-cost installation
This small concrete batching plant uses vertical feeding design. The whole plant covers only 90-120㎡, saving 30%-50% space compared to traditional concrete plants. No concrete foundation is needed. A normal hardened ground is enough for installation.
±1% accuracy
This small concrete batching plant uses imported sensors. Dynamic weighing accuracy is within ±1%. When producing 100,000 cubic meters of concrete, you can save over 100 tons of cement waste alone.
200 cubic meters per shift
Take the JS500 mixer as an example. Each batch discharges 0.5m³, and one cycle takes 72 seconds. Our small concrete batching plant has a theoretical daily output of about 200 cubic meters, which is enough for the daily pouring needs of small and medium-sized construction sites.
Mixer liners last over 2 years
Our plant's mixer uses high-chrome wear-resistant liners and blades. Under continuous production of C30 concrete, the liner life of the JS1000 mixer can reach more than 2 years.

FAQ
Q: stationary or mobile – which one should you choose?
A: If your project location does not change for a long time, the fixed plant offers better value. For the same capacity, it is 10%-20% cheaper than the mobile plant. If your project is short-term, or you plan to work on multiple sites or do rental business, the mobile plant costs a bit more but saves you time on setup and dismantling. Just hook it to a truck and go. At the new site, you can start production in one day.
Q: My site only has three-phase power but no large transformer. Can I still use it?
A: Yes. The HZS25 has a total power of about 50-60 kW, and the HZS35 about 75 kW. A standard 200 KVA transformer can run these models. If you do not even have that, AGICO can provide a diesel generator solution. But keep in mind, the operating cost will be higher.
Q: After the equipment arrives, how long does installation and testing take?
A: For the fixed HZS series, two or three workers with one small crane can finish installation and test production in about 5-7 working days. The mobile plant is faster. Just place it in position, connect water and power, hook up the cement silo, and you can start production in 1-2 days.
Q: Are spare parts easy to get? How long do wear parts last?
A: All wear parts (liners, blades, sensors, pulleys, etc.) are kept in stock and can be shipped directly by sea. For the JS1000 mixer, under 8 hours of daily operation producing C30 concrete, the liners last about 2 years, and the mixing arms last about 5 years. When you order the equipment for the first time, you can also buy a set of spare parts to avoid stopping production while waiting for delivery.
