The core structure of the electromagnetic heating rotary kiln includes :

The cylinder is encircled by the electromagnetic coil. It enters the cylinder wall non-contact through the high-frequency magnetic field, creating eddy currents within the material and resulting in self-heating. Heat loss is minimized and heat energy is efficiently trapped by the insulating layer. Low-speed rotation and electromagnetic heating are combined in the revolving drum to guarantee even heating of the materials without any dead spots.
