Molybdenum Iron Rotary Kiln
Products Description

The molybdenum iron rotary kiln is an essential piece of machinery for smelting, calcining, and creating molybdenum oxide blocks. It is constructed from premium refractory materials and has a stable high-temperature treatment range of 1200–1600°C.
Strong processing power, minimal energy consumption, and a high level of automation are characteristics of this equipment. It can greatly increase production efficiency and product quality for procedures like reducing molybdenum-iron alloys and roasting molybdenum concentrate by oxidation.
Through advancements in technology and equipment materials, AGICO Cement's molybdenum iron rotary kiln has increased both its output capacity and lifespan.
The calcination efficiency has been successfully raised, the production capacity has been expanded, and the energy consumption has been decreased under the same circumstances.
Product Advantages

Outstanding grade of roasting
The molybdenum concentrate is completely oxidized and calcined thanks to molybdenum iron rotary kiln's internal heating design and accurate temperature control, which produces a high molybdenum recovery rate and steady product quality.
The apparatus is dependable and long-lasting.
great corrosion resistance, extended continuous operation life, and minimal maintenance costs thanks to a unique refractory liner and a high-temperature alloy kiln body.
Eco-friendly design
Molybdenum iron rotary kiln has waste gas treatment and dust removal equipment with excellent efficiency. Particulate matter and SO₂ emissions are within national limits, and waste heat is recoverable and usable.
Adaptable capacity
180 to 5,000 tons can be processed per day by a single set of equipment. Molybdenum iron rotary kiln facilitates tailored expansion to satisfy the needs of production lines with varying sizes.

About Molybdenum Iron
What is ferric molybdenum?
Ferric molybdenum, often known as molybdenum iron, is an iron alloy that typically contains between 50% and 60% molybdenum.
What use does ferric molybdenum have?
Ferromolybdenum is primarily used in steelmaking as a molybdenum addition. Molybdenum can provide steel a consistent fine-grained structure, improve its hardenability, and lessen temper brittleness. Tungsten can be partially substituted by molybdenum in high-speed steel. Stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, tool steel, and alloys with unique physical characteristics are all made with molybdenum in combination with other alloying elements. Molybdenum can be added to cast iron to increase its strength and resistance to wear.
