The entire production process of the AGICO HZS25 concrete batching plant is automatically coordinated by the PLC central control system. The specific process is as follows:

Recipe Setting – The operator selects or inputs the concrete recipe and the total production volume on the control computer.
Automatic Batching – The system sends commands. The PLD1200 batcher weighs the sand and aggregates in sequence according to the recipe. At the same time, cement is conveyed from the cement silo to the cement weighing hopper by a screw conveyor. Water and liquid additives are pumped into their respective weighing hoppers.
Automatic Weighing – Each material is weighed by its own independent weighing system with high precision. Aggregate weighing accuracy is ±2%. Cement, water, and additive accuracy reaches ±1%. After weighing is completed, the system automatically records the actual measured values.
Feeding and Mixing – Aggregates are lifted by the skip hopper to the top of the mixer and discharged into the JS500 mixer. At the same time, cement, water, and additives are also discharged into the mixer simultaneously. After about 72 seconds of mixing, the concrete reaches a uniform state.
Discharging – After mixing is completed, the mixer discharge gate opens. The finished concrete is discharged into the concrete mixer truck or transfer cart waiting below.
Cycle Production – After one batch is completed, the system automatically starts the next batch. This continues until the preset total production volume is reached.
Throughout the entire production process, the system continuously monitors the status of each part. If any abnormality occurs, it immediately triggers audible and visual alarms to ensure production safety.
