Mobile Batching Plant For Sale

The AGICO mobile concrete mixing plant is a high-efficiency industrial equipment for concrete production. It integrates storage, weighing, conveying, and mixing systems onto a single movable chassis. The equipment adopts high-strength weathering steel and a heavy-duty truck chassis, meeting the towing and movement requirements for Class III highways and unpaved roads. Its ambient temperature adaptability ranges from -20°C to +50°C.

This mobile concrete plant is designed based on international concrete equipment standards (ISO / DIN / ASTM) and features a modular design. It is suitable for construction sites with short project durations, dispersed work locations, or where fixed batching plants cannot be installed. The AGICO mobile plant achieves a single relocation time of ≤ 2 hours, effectively reducing waiting time on site.

Products Highlights

1. Fully Modular Towing Chassis

The AGICO mobile batching plant adopts an integrated load-bearing chassis design. The mixer, batching machine, screw conveyor, control room, and part of the cement silo are all integrated onto this single chassis. For site relocation, only one truck tractor is required. The standard relocation time is controlled within 2 hours, saving approximately 90% of installation time.

2. Simple Foundation Design

Through its hydraulic self-raising outrigger system and wide-span chassis layout, the AGICO mobile plant distributes the total equipment weight evenly over the ground. The requirement for foundation bearing capacity is significantly lower than other brands in the industry. The on-site foundation cost for the AGICO mobile concrete mixing plant is reduced by a notable 20%, making it especially suitable for short-term projects with a duration of less than 6 months.

3. High-Strength Mixing

The AGICO YHZS series is standardly equipped with the JS series twin-shaft forced concrete mixer. This mixer offers superior performance and stable processing capability. It controls the relative deviation of concrete slump within ≤5%, achieving a homogeneity coefficient of ≥95%.

4. PLC Fully Automatic Weighing and Control System

The AGICO mobile plant is equipped with a dual-redundant control system using a PLC as the core processor and a PC as the human-machine interface (HMI). The load cells are sourced from well-known domestic brands. The weighing accuracy is stabilized at ±1% for powder materials, ±2 for aggregates, and ±1% for water and additives. The control room features independent vibration-isolation supports, effectively isolating vibration interference.

5. Road-Compliant Chassis

The chassis of the AGICO mobile concrete mixing plant is designed according to the international ECE R55 standard. It is equipped with an air brake system, a standard towing pin, and a full set of lighting signal interfaces. In transport condition, the overall width is controlled within ≤2.55 meters and the height within ≤4.2 meters, meeting the road transport dimension limits of most countries.

Main Components of AGICO Concrete Plant

The AGICO YHZS series mobile concrete mixing plant consists of the following systems

Aggregate Batching System: PLD series belt feeder or hopper type batching machine. It supports 2, 3, or 4-bin configurations. Each bin is equipped with an independent arc discharge door and cylinder.

Aggregate Conveying System: Large-inclination lattice belt conveyor or double-rope lifting hopper (selected based on model and customer requirements). The belt conveyor is equipped with anti-deviation switches and emergency pull cord switches.

Weighing System: Independent weighing hopper design. Aggregates, cement, water, and additives are each weighed on separate scales. Sensor signals are independently connected to the PLC to avoid mechanical interference.

Mixing System: JS series twin-shaft forced concrete mixer. It is equipped with an electric or hydraulic discharge door, with a manual pump emergency door opening device.

Powder Supply System: φ219–φ323 screw conveyor. The inlet is equipped with an anti-arching flow aid device. A dust collector on the silo top and a level indicator are available as options.

Electrical Control System: PLC + touch screen / industrial computer. It supports three operation modes: manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic.

Mobile Chassis and Outrigger System: I-beam welded main frame. Three-axle or four-axle truck chassis. Equipped with mechanical screw outriggers or hydraulic outriggers (hydraulic is optional).

FAQ

Q: Can the AGICO mobile concrete mixing plant be used at remote sites without three-phase industrial power?

A: Yes. AGICO offers a diesel generator set integration solution. The generator set can be mounted on the tractor truck or on a separate trailer, and it connects to the batching plant quickly via an aviation plug. For YHZS50 and larger models, the recommended generator set capacity is 1.3 to 1.5 times the total power of the batching plant to handle the inrush current during motor starting. Additionally, the control system can be equipped with a soft starter or a variable frequency drive (VFD) to further reduce starting current.

Q: In cold or high-temperature environments, which components of the AGICO mobile concrete mixing plant require additional options?

A: AGICO provides two environmental adaptability packages.

  1. Low-temperature package (ambient temperature < -5°C): Includes electronically heated drain valves for the air system, immersed heating rods for the water tank and additive tank, anti-freeze heating tape at the screw conveyor inlet, and low-temperature hydraulic oil. The PLC has built-in low-temperature start logic, locking the mixer start when the oil temperature is not up to the required level.
  2. High-temperature package (ambient temperature > 40°C): Includes an industrial air conditioner for the control room, independent cooling fans for the motors, and an automatic spray cooling system for the mixer (optional).

Q: For the aggregate batching system of AGICO equipment, how to choose between belt feeder and lifting hopper?

A: AGICO provides the following recommendations based on project scale and site conditions.

  • Belt conveyor type: Suitable for YHZS50 and above, projects with longer durations, and larger aggregate sizes (≥60mm). The belt conveyor provides continuous feeding, low failure rate, and easy dust enclosure, but requires a larger site length.
  • Lifting hopper type: Suitable for YHZS35 and below, extremely narrow sites, or projects requiring frequent relocation. The hopper type has a compact structure and small footprint, but the single-hopper cycle time is slightly longer than that of the belt conveyor.

AGICO supports both options. Please specify your requirement when placing the order.

Q: What does the pre-delivery assembly of the AGICO mobile concrete mixing plant include? Is welding required on site?

A: AGICO strictly follows a factory pre-assembly and pre-commissioning procedure.

  • Pre-assembly of all steel structures with positioning marks applied.
  • Cutting, terminal crimping, and labeling of all cables, as well as connection testing between the control cabinet and actuators.
  • No-load test runs of the mixer, belt conveyor, and screw conveyor.

The on-site installation process requires no cutting or welding. Only mechanical connection, bolt tightening, and cable plugging are needed. This is a core method by which AGICO ensures controllable installation quality.

Q: If the electronic weighing system of the AGICO mobile concrete mixing plant drifts after a period of use, how to perform on-site calibration?

A: The AGICO PLC system has a built-in convenient calibration procedure, requiring no external computer. The operation steps are as follows:

  1. Enter the "Maintenance" screen on the touch panel and select the corresponding scale (aggregates/cement/water/additives).
  2. Clean the weighing hopper, then press "Zero Calibration" under no-load condition.
  3. Place standard weights of known mass (recommended 50%–80% of the scale range) into the weighing hopper.
  4. Enter the weight value on the screen and press "Span Calibration." The system automatically calculates and saves the slope.

Calibration is recommended every 3 months, or immediately when production recipe errors consistently exceed the limits. AGICO sensors feature an overload protection design, and under normal use, the drift is typically ≤0.05%.
