Products Description

AGICO continuous concrete batching plant picture

AGICO Continuous Concrete Batching Plant is a full range of continuous concrete production equipment offered by AGICO. It is divided into two series: mobile (YHZS) and stationary (HZS). The theoretical output ranges from 25 to 300 m³/h.

The plant uses twin-shaft continuous mixing technology. Aggregates, powder, water, and admixtures are fed into the mixer simultaneously without interruption. The mixing blades are made of high-chromium and high-manganese alloy cast iron. CE and ISO 14001 standards are met. The plant is mainly used in RCC dam construction, cement-stabilized soil production, large commercial concrete plants, and precast component factories.

Product  Advantages

Full Gravimetric Dosing

All aggregates and powder are weighed. Water and admixtures are precisely injected through calibrated flow meters. Aggregate accuracy is controlled within ±2%, and powder and liquid agent accuracy is within ±1%. Ratio deviations caused by moisture fluctuations in volumetric methods are completely avoided.

01

High market share

All systems run in sync with no batch-switching gaps. Actual effective output is 15%–20% higher than that of an equivalent intermittent plant. The risk of cold joint layering in RCC pouring is fundamentally eliminated.

02

Mixer Durability

The twin-shaft mixing arms and blades undergo salt bath quenching. Multi-layer labyrinth seals with automatic grease lubrication are used at the shaft ends. Blade replacement intervals reach 2,000–2,500 hours, and liners reach 4,000–5,000 hours.

03

Modular Deployment

YHZS mobile plants are skid-mounted and ready for production in 3–5 days. HZS stationary plants support powder silo expansion from 100T to 300T as needed. For overseas projects, equipment can be installed immediately upon arrival without being delayed by local infrastructure.

04

Global Service

25 years of manufacturing experience. ISO 9001 / CE / GOST certified. Regional spare parts warehouses are set up in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and East Africa. Common parts are shipped within 48 hours. Every plant undergoes an 8-hour loaded joint commissioning before leaving the factory.

Technical Specifications

AGICO Continuous Concrete Batching Plant is built around five main systems: the aggregate batching system (3–4 bins with independent weighing), the powder supply system (screw conveyor → weighing hopper → disc feeder), the water and admixture system (flow-meter-controlled spray injection), the twin-shaft continuous mixing unit, and the PLC automatic control system (formula storage, fault self-diagnosis, remote monitoring).

hzs 240 concrete batching plant structure design

The core process is time-synchronized continuous operation. Material feeding is started in sequence based on the distance of each material to the mixer inlet. Materials are pushed axially by the mixing blades from the feed end to the discharge end without any interruption.

FAQ

Q1: How to choose between the mobile and stationary series?

A1: The AGICO YHZS mobile plant uses an integrated trailer skid-mounted design. No concrete foundation is needed, and production can start in 3–5 days. It is suitable for linear projects with frequent site moves, short-term overseas projects, and multi-site rotating operations. Output ranges from 25 to 75 m³/h. The AGICO HZS stationary plant uses a modular layout. Powder silos can be expanded from 100T to 300T as needed. It is suitable for long-term fixed-site large commercial concrete plants, precast component factories, and hydropower stations. Output ranges from 25 to 300 m³/h.

Q2: What is the core difference between AGICO continuous and intermittent mixing plants?

A2: Intermittent mixing plants operate in cycles. Pauses and idle runs occur in every batch. In AGICO continuous plants, batching, mixing, and discharging are decoupled into a synchronized process. Materials are fed into the mixer inlet without interruption. They are pushed axially by the mixing blades from the feed end toward the discharge end and are fully mixed along the way. This difference delivers 15%–20% higher effective output than an equivalent intermittent plant. It is especially suited for RCC and CTB projects where interruptions in material supply are not allowed.

Q3: Can the continuous mixing plant produce concrete with multiple mix designs?

A3: Yes. By adjusting the feed rate of each channel through the PLC, AGICO continuous mixing plants can produce dry, plastic, and flowable concrete with slump values of 0–180 mm, as well as special mixes such as RCC, CTB, and lean concrete. At least 50 formulas can be stored in the system. One-touch switching is performed without manual intervention.

Q4: What is the maintenance interval for key wearing parts of the mixer?

A4: Under an operating condition of 800 m³ daily output, mixing blade (HRC 58–62) replacement intervals reach 2,000–2,500 hours, and liners reach 4,000–5,000 hours. Multi-layer labyrinth seals with automatic grease lubrication are used at shaft ends (consumption approx. 0.05 kg/h). A standard spare parts kit for wearing components is included with every plant.

Q5: Is the continuous mixing plant suitable for overseas projects?

A5: Yes. The full series can be supplied with CE / ISO 9001 / GOST certification. International brands such as Schneider and Siemens are used for electrical components. The control interface supports multiple languages. Regional spare parts warehouses and after-sales service networks are established in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and East Africa. Remote installation guidance and on-site commissioning are supported.
