Product Description

Coordinated Control from Recipe to Discharge

A fully automatic concrete batching plant coordinates material handling and production through one control system. The operator selects an approved recipe and quantity, while the system sequences aggregate feeding, weighing, powder conveying, liquid dosing, mixing, and discharge. Batch status, alarms, and production records can be displayed according to the confirmed software package.

"Fully automatic" does not mean unattended operation. Personnel still verify materials, authorize recipes, monitor the plant, handle alarms, inspect equipment, and manage truck movements. AGICO CEMENT therefore configures the controller, instruments, and mechanical equipment as one operating system.

Product Advantages

Control Functions That Support Repeatable Production

Recipe Control and Sequenced Handling

AGICO's control configuration stores approved recipes and calls the required material targets for each batch. The fully automatic concrete batching plant coordinates dosing and transfer in a defined order, while permissions and interlocks keep production decisions under operator control.

Visible Status and Traceable Records

AGICO's operator interface can present weighing progress, mixer status, discharge readiness, alarms, and batch totals. The automation system can retain recipe, target, actual-weight, time, and batch-summary records according to the confirmed reporting package.

Automation Still Requires Operating Discipline

Automatic sequencing supports production control, but it does not replace trained supervision, material checks, alarm response, or safe maintenance procedures.

Operator Oversight

Trained personnel authorize recipes, monitor production, handle alarms, inspect equipment, and control truck movements.

Material Checks

Operators verify materials, feeder and silo availability, moisture information, and site conditions before automatic sequencing.

Alarm Response

Interlocks can stop a sequence when a required permissive signal is absent; personnel must diagnose and clear the condition safely.

Controlled Maintenance Mode

Authorized personnel can test devices for service without bypassing essential safety controls defined during engineering.

Automation Workflow

Six Controlled Stages in Each Production Cycle

The operator chooses an approved recipe and enters the production order. Aggregate fractions, cementitious materials, water, and admixtures are weighed through their respective circuits. The materials enter the mixer in the specified sequence, concrete is released when the discharge path is ready, and the system records the batch result.

Automatic sequencing cannot correct unsuitable materials, blocked feeders, empty silos, poor moisture information, or unsafe traffic. These conditions require operating procedures and inspection. A controlled maintenance mode should let authorized personnel test devices without bypassing essential safety controls.

Plant Configuration

Automation Depends on the Mechanical Interfaces

A complete plant combines material storage, weighing, mixing, conveying, electrical cabinets, and a control room. Final interfaces are confirmed for each project.

01

Aggregate Storage and Weighing

Bin number follows the aggregate plan. Feeder arrangement, weighing range, and moisture inputs are matched to the recipes and production rhythm.

02

Powder Storage and Transfer

Silo quantity, screw conveyors, filters, level devices, and powder weighing are configured for the confirmed cementitious materials.

03

Forced Mixing System

Mixer capacity follows batch size and concrete type. The sequence coordinates charging, mixing time, discharge readiness, and cleaning procedures.

04

Control and Reporting

Recipe management, sequence logic, tolerance checks, alarms, reports, data export, and remote-support interfaces are optional functions confirmed during engineering.

Applications

Where Automatic Coordination Adds Practical Value

Ready-mix producers can use recipe control and batch records across repeated orders. Infrastructure contractors can organize production for highways, railways, airports, ports, and water projects. Industrial and precast operators may require scheduled recipes and reporting. Selection depends on demand, recipe variety, aggregate fractions, vehicle rhythm, utilities, climate, and space-not the word "automatic" alone.

FAQ

Does fully automatic mean the plant runs without an operator?

No. Automation sequences normal production, but trained personnel must authorize recipes, supervise operation, handle alarms, inspect equipment, and control site traffic.

Can the plant retain production records?

Record content can include targets, actual weights, batch time, recipe, and production totals. Required fields, retention period, export format, and external-system interfaces must be specified.

Is manual control available for maintenance?

A controlled manual or maintenance mode can be included for equipment testing and service. Access permissions and safety interlocks must be defined during engineering.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Provide output targets, recipes, aggregate fractions, material-storage needs, voltage, site conditions, discharge height, vehicle plan, automation functions, and reporting requirements.

Are the market-reference values AGICO guarantees?

No. They show one external official product range for preliminary comparison. AGICO's final parameters are confirmed in the project-specific technical proposal.
