Products Specification

AGICO foundation-free batching plant is built around two core ideas: no foundation needed and modular quick assembly. The equipment uses a steel structure to replace the concrete foundation. It sits directly on compacted ground through support feet and a hydraulic leveling system. Concrete foundation work is completely eliminated.

Each function module is pre-assembled and pre-tested at the factory. On-site installation is fast and simple. The conveyors are foldable. This design meets container shipping requirements.

AGICO Foundation Free Concrete Batching Plant Workflow

Batching: The control system sets the mix proportions. The batching machine weighs the aggregates. The screw conveyor and pumps deliver cement, water, and admixture to their respective weighing hoppers for independent weighing.

Feeding: Aggregates are transferred by belt conveyor or lifting hopper to the collecting hopper above the mixer. Cement, water, and admixture are discharged into the mixer at the same time.

Mixing: The mixer runs for about 72 seconds per batch. This ensures concrete uniformity and consistency.

Discharging: The pneumatic discharge door opens. Finished concrete is discharged into trucks or conveying equipment.

The whole process is automatically controlled by a dual control system consisting of a PLC and an industrial computer. The system monitors operation status in real time. It also has fault self-diagnosis and alarm functions.

Technical Parameter

AGICO foundation free concrete batching plants are classified into two series based on aggregate feeding method: the Lift Hopper Series and the Belt Conveyor Series. The product range covers production capacities from 25 m³/h to 240 m³/h.

1. Lift Hopper Series (AG-HZS25 / 35 / 50 / 75)

This series uses a lift hopper to feed aggregates into the mixer. It features a compact structure and small footprint. It is suitable for projects with limited space or tight budgets. The discharge height is adjustable. Theoretical production capacity ranges from 25 to 75 m³/h.

2. Belt Conveyor Series (AG-HZS60 / 90 / 120 / 180 / 240)

This series uses a troughed belt conveyor to continuously feed aggregates. It offers high conveying efficiency and stable operation. It is suitable for medium-to-large projects and ready-mix concrete production. Each model is equipped with 4 independent aggregate storage bins. Theoretical production capacity ranges from 60 to 240 m³/h.

FAQ

Q: What are the site requirements for installing an AGICO foundation-free batching plant?

A: The core requirement is a firm, level ground with sufficient load-bearing capacity. This prevents uneven settlement during operation. We recommend leveling and compacting the installation area. The compaction degree should reach at least 93%. If the natural soil has low bearing capacity or if construction takes place in the rainy season, we suggest laying 20–30 cm of graded crushed stone and compacting it. Alternatively, you can pour a 10–15 cm C20 plain concrete cushion as a working surface. Unlike traditional plants that require individual concrete foundations for each unit, AGICO foundation-free plants only need compacted and leveled ground. There is no need for excavation or mass concrete pouring. This greatly simplifies site preparation.

Q: How long does installation and commissioning take for an AGICO foundation-free batching plant?

A: Commissioning can be completed within 24 hours after the equipment arrives on site. All electrical wiring, air pipes, and insulation are pre-installed at the factory. On-site work only involves bolting modules together and connecting quick couplers. This plug-and-play design speeds up installation. AGICO sends professional engineers to guide on-site installation and commissioning. We also provide systematic training for the customer's operators. When relocating the plant, general workers can handle disassembly, folding, and reassembly by following AGICO's illustrated manual and remote video guidance.

Q: What are the advantages of AGICO's flying weighing system compared to traditional weighing methods?

A: Traditional plants perform aggregate weighing statically in weighing hoppers. Aggregate falling creates impact force and lag errors. This causes the actual mix ratio to deviate from the set value. Operators often add extra cement to compensate for the strength loss. AGICO's flying weighing system completes high-precision measurement during dynamic aggregate conveying. It keeps the error within ±2% and avoids the lag and deviation problems of traditional systems. This technology saves about 30 kg of cement per cubic meter of concrete. It reduces material costs and carbon emissions while maintaining concrete strength. The economic benefits are significant for large-scale projects.

Q: How does AGICO ensure after-sales service and spare parts supply for overseas customers?

A: AGICO provides a 12-month warranty period for each plant. We offer full operator training and technical support after delivery. We have established overseas spare parts warehouses in the Philippines, Nigeria, and Chile. Common wear parts are available for quick response. AGICO also supports remote video commissioning, online technical support, and on-site engineer dispatch. This ensures timely and professional after-sales service in any country or region.
