Product Process

kiln working principle The raw ingredients for petroleum coke are transferred to the storage silo after being pre-crushed. A vibrating feeder or disc continuously feeds the materials in the storage silo to the kiln tail. The ingredients in the petroleum coke rotary kiln gradually approach the kiln head as the kiln body rotates.

The preheating belt preheats the materials before they are moved from the kiln tail to the kiln head. A high temperature of 1250 to 1380 degrees Celsius is then used to calcine the material. The discharge pipe at the kiln head allows the calcined material to descend into the cooling kiln. A sealed discharge machine regularly releases the cooled calcined material.
