Project Background
The supplied project record describes an HZS120 concrete plant for a construction company in Ulaanbaatar. The buyer needed dependable commercial concrete production for large housing and commercial-building projects, with stable mixing, automatic control, and provisions for the local construction season.
AGICO CEMENT proposed a stationary HZS120 system built around a JS2000 twin-shaft mixer. The package covered aggregate batching and transfer, cement storage and conveying, water weighing, PLC control, cold-weather provisions, and common spare parts.
The Mongolia plant combines a JS2000 twin-shaft mixer, separate aggregate weighing, split cement storage, and PLC control in one stationary production system.

01
JS2000 Mixer
A 2.0 m³ twin-shaft mixer supports uniform, repeatable concrete mixing.
02
Four-Bin Batching
Each aggregate fraction is weighed separately before belt conveying.
03
Cement Storage
Two 200-ton split silos provide cement storage and container-friendly transport.
04
PLC Control
Automatic batching, weighing, mixing, and discharge are coordinated from the control room.
Delivery and Installation
The equipment reached Mongolia in batches. With online guidance from AGICO engineers, the local team installed the batching machine and belt conveyor, erected the cement silos, and connected the mixer, control room, cables, and utilities. Mechanical and electrical checks were completed before trial operation.
Installation took about 25 days. This case-specific timing is not a general guarantee; future schedules depend on foundation readiness, lifting equipment, labor, weather, utilities, and plant configuration.
