Case Introduction

AGICO CEMENT shipped one set of HZS50 concrete batching plant to Thailand. The plant was delivered by sea from Qingdao, China. It will serve local construction projects in Thailand.

The HZS50 plant is a best-selling model. AGICO designed it for small and medium-scale infrastructure projects. It fits the construction environment in Southeast Asia well. The theoretical output is 50 cubic meters per hour. AGICO equipped the plant with a JS1000 twin-shaft compulsory mixer and a PLD1600 three-bin automatic batching system. The complete unit also includes standard cement silos, screw conveyors, and an intelligent electrical control system.

AGICO made special upgrades for Thailand's climate. Thailand has abundant rainfall, high temperature, and high humidity. AGICO added moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, and high-temperature resistant treatments to the electrical systems and core components. These treatments help the plant work outdoors for a long time in tropical areas. AGICO also installed a Chinese-Thai bilingual operation interface. The interface includes data storage and intelligent monitoring functions. Local operators can learn to use the plant quickly. The equipment keeps stable performance throughout the whole construction period.

AGICO provides full-cycle service. The service covers customized solution design, equipment manufacturing, complete machine commissioning, and containerized shipment. AGICO controls production techniques and quality inspection procedures through the whole process. A professional technical team provides follow-up support. This support guarantees fully qualified equipment and complete customer satisfaction.

Four Points to Confirm Before Final Design

These checks turn a nominal HZS50 reference into a project-specific technical proposal.

Capacity Basis

Confirm hourly and daily demand, concrete recipes, aggregate fractions, shifts, and truck cycle.

Mixer Selection

JS1000 is a common reference, not a fixed promise. Recipe and duty data determine the final choice.

Maintenance Access

Reserve cleaning routes, inspection space, lifting clearance, and practical wear-part replacement paths.

Engineering Inputs

Provide site drawings, utilities, material plan, discharge arrangement, environmental inputs, and service scope.

Why This Case Matters

Customers in Thailand care about several things. They want a plant that works well in hot and rainy weather. They want easy operation for local workers. They want stable concrete quality. They want a plant that is easy to move and install.

AGICO's HZS50 plant meets all these needs. The customized design solves the climate problem. The bilingual interface solves the operation problem. The compact design solves the space problem. The reliable components solve the quality problem.

FAQ

Does HZS50 define one fixed equipment package?

No. Storage, feeding, weighing, mixing, control, and environmental options depend on the approved project requirements.

Is 50 m³/h guaranteed in operation?

No. It is a nominal theoretical reference. Practical output depends on the complete configuration, recipe, material flow, and operating cycle.

Does the Thailand location define weather protection?

No. Protection, enclosure, drainage, and corrosion-control choices require measured site conditions.

What information should accompany an inquiry?
