When the hazardous waste rotary kiln is operating, the garbage is continuously rolled by the rotating kiln body. Prior to being fully decomposed in the high-temperature main combustion zone at 1200°C, the waste is first dried and starts to burn in the front-end area at 800-1000°C. High-temperature flue gas will enter the secondary combustion chamber for secondary combustion in order to guarantee full combustion.

To guarantee that the emissions completely satisfy the requirements, the treated flue gas goes through a multi-stage purification system that includes a deacidification device, a dust collector, and a quenching tower. To guarantee consistent and dependable treatment results, the entire system uses automated control and is able to continuously monitor important parameters like temperature and oxygen content.
